Before the Day

We begin by performing two RAG Audits—one from the management perspective and one from your spa therapists. These are carried out via video call before your Strategy Day, so we can:

  • Benchmark your spa against the Revenue-Generating Spa System

  • Compare both perspectives side by side

  • Identify alignment, gaps, and hidden challenges

 

This preparation means that on the day itself, we can focus entirely on solutions rather than gathering basic information.

On the Day

We take a deep dive into every department, exploring:

  • The findings from both RAG audits

  • Operational challenges and how to overcome them

  • New business opportunities to explore and develop

  • Strategies to stop revenue leaks and maximise what you already have

  • Ways to align your team so every role contributes to growth

 

This is an intensive, collaborative session designed to leave you with not just a plan, but the clarity and confidence to act on it immediately.
