Natalie brings over 15 years of experience in the spa industry, gaining deep expertise across all areas of spa operations. Her career began at the award-winning Serenity Spa at Seaham Hall, where she developed a strong foundation in treatment delivery and learned how the smallest details create an exceptional client journey. It was here she discovered the power of thorough hands-on training to help teams truly stand out.

This experience led Natalie to take a leading role in establishing, managing, and growing The Spa at Wynyard Hall, a luxurious boutique spa known for excellence and delivering not only unforgettable spa experiences but also long-term solutions to their clients.

Over the years, Natalie has witnessed significant growth in the wellness sector alongside a growing shortage of skilled therapists. This shift has created increasing pressure on spa managers struggling to fill therapist roles and meet budgets, just one of the many challenges facing the industry today.

Driven to make a real difference, Natalie founded Envisage Spa Consultancy to support spa owners and managers in overcoming these challenges and unlocking their spa’s full potential.
