Informal chat
Our initial conversation is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and you to learn more about our services. During our conversation, we'll review your CV and the information you've provided, and offer honest feedback. Based on our assessment, we'll recommend the best course of action to help you find work.
Step 3
Assessment & trade test
At our assessment and trade test phase, we focus on identifying your current knowledge and skillset. We have a deep understanding of the skills and experience that employers are looking for. Written assessment includes questions on customer service, treatment delivery, spa etiquette, and knowledge. The practical trade test involves carrying out one or more treatments.
Step 4
Preparation stage
At Envisage Spa Consultancy, we hold ourselves to high industry standards. Only candidates who meet our benchmark will be aligned with a suitable establishment. If you're not quite ready after your first assessment, don't worry - we're committed to getting you there. We conduct in-depth consultations with all the spas we work with, using the information to help prepare you for your interview and trade test.
