Natalie brings over 15 years of experience in the spa industry, gaining extensive knowledge across all areas of spa operations. Her career began at the award-winning Serenity Spa at Seaham Hall, where she developed a strong foundation in treatment delivery and discovered the powerful impact a spa experience can have on the people it serves.

It was here she learned that exceptional spa experiences are built on far more than treatments alone. Attention to detail, team development and a clear sense of purpose all play a vital role in creating experiences that clients genuinely connect with.

This led Natalie to take a leading role in establishing, managing and growing The Spa at Wynyard Hall, a luxurious boutique spa recognised for delivering exceptional experiences and helping clients achieve more than simply a few hours of relaxation.

Over the years, Natalie has witnessed significant growth within the spa and wellness sector. More spas, more facilities and more treatment offerings have created greater choice than ever before for clients. Yet many spas continue to face similar challenges around standing out, attracting therapists and communicating what makes them truly different.

Driven to make a meaningful difference, Natalie founded Envisage Spa Consultancy to help spa owners and managers uncover the potential within their facilities, treatments and teams — helping them bring together what they already have, create experiences that clients genuinely connect with, and move from being comparable to becoming truly powerful.

Her vision is to see more spas recognised not only for the facilities they offer, but for the impact and transformations they help create — and for their teams to be recognised as the skilled professionals behind those experiences.
